Bankera exchange exists? #4857

Hi all.

Does bankera exchange still exists? I failed to find any api that is hosted on api-exchange.bankera.com that is hardcoded in xchange-bankera.

Can we remove the bankera-related modules?

looks like they moved house. Go ahead and remove the module.
