DEG bug #41

Hello,

I am trying to do a DEG on control vs case, but after i run the control sample group and the case sample group, the DEG menu does not allow me to choose control vs case. How exactly do we specify the contrasts? The documentation is not clear on this issue.

It looks like it works now, but I have a question about the output. It gives a value of the number of DEGs and then another value in parentheses. For example 5000 (2034) statistically significant genes were found...... what is this value in the output in parentheses?

Hi, Sorry for the late reply. Strangely, I did not get notified. The number between parenthesis is the number of statistically significant genes according to the FDR.
