Trouble uploading file (issue not resolved by reading previous threads) #45

Hi, I was so happy to have found this program. I am not computer/script savvy, so this is a lifesaver.

I am having trouble uploading my fasta file. It was originally ".fna" format and I changed the extension to ".fasta" and it still didn't work. The same thing is happing to the gtf files. The file is "unclickable", I am unable to select it to do the upload.

What could I be doing wrong? Thanks.
