DEG setting control vs case #55

Hello, After performing RNAseq assay on control and case group I want to run DEG analysis. But the DEG menu only allows to select "Sample group" and does not allow me to choose control vs case. How exactly do we specify the contrasts? It is not clear from the documentation.
