[Audio] Adding option to play VOST videos #60

I added a bool option in the plugin settings. When checked, the rules to select the video to play changes : I tried to priorities VOST (original version with subtitles) version for the selected language if available rather than the dubbed version. Tested only in french, german should be equivalent, other languages may not work. Default behaviour remains the same so there should not be any regression (at least I hope so).

Manually applied. It works fine for me.

b16eb6b13679fe3f078a781a73717c73ee703d3d implements another approach for this.

Thank you for the contribution, and sorry for the delay... I think this feature is already implemented in the current codebase, so I'm closing this.
