• code for the MOSA model and obs runs
  • currently the idealized runs are not included, maybe will later add as a notebook in the docs
• some bug fixes to _contours_to_gdf, necessary to get the idealized cases to run
• new overlap normalization options
• experimental new tracking options (results with default track settings should be the same)
  • overlap direction forward vs back (but back still default)
  • choose overlap normalization method (child area still default)
  • only largest CE continues track (off by default)
• improvement to ID labeling in plot_tracked
