Issue description

When I tried to remove All Games and Favorites game lists from Emulation Station Settings and reboot, device boot loops.

It needs at least one game list.

It is probably a batocera issue, I know.

Detailed reproduction steps

Remove all games list from Settings and reboot.

Warning: It bootloops your device
