fix: remove checks for xorg and wayland with libmali implementation #44

I wonder what is the order of the patches applied as in mangohud there was a patch changing the checks already to something else. so this patch should modify the changed one already applied . Thats why i numbered it 0015 thinking maybe it will follow a numirical order

Just tested it out with a fresh cleanbuild. its compiling and respecting the order of patch application . feels safe to merge
