2 months ago I can confirm this, also adding the 'pcfx' folder manually doesn't work, I think something goes wrong when compiling the package.

Issue description
There is no folder for PC-FX roms and no way to play these games. The Knulli changelog has lots of references to PCFX compatibility, but there seems to be no way to play PC-FX games: https://github.com/knulli-cfw/distribution/blob/knulli-main/batocera-Changelog.md
