NO BUG, only question #233

Hello Knutwurst

I follow your marlin softwares since a longer time. I tried to compile it self, but i have since 2.0.6 some problems. I tried to compile marlin 2.0.9 and fix some problem: Fix: Dual Z pin --> setup pin file to use E1 for Z2 Fix: Endsotp Z pin --> fix endstop dual z axis Fix: Missing continue button, when filament change or runout --> commet out some parst in conditionals.h

Did you have also trouble to get the continue button instead the "pause" button?

A have only one problem and i can't fix it. Maybe you have a tip for me.... When i change Filament or the Runout sensor is triggerd, the filament will be unload. Works Load filament also work. BUT, when i wait some time and the noozle turn off, i need to click continue to reheat. NOW the problem, after finish rehaet, i don't get the continue button agian to load filament. Did you fix it?
