[Units] Remove Rogue-Mage/Shadow Initiate-line from WoL #145

Describe the desired feature

Since https://github.com/wesnoth/wesnoth/pull/8763 by @Dalas121 might be merged, there will now be id clashes with the level 2 and level 3 units.
When PR is merged, I have to remove the units from WoL and make ID corrections where necessary.

Note: this is for 1.19.x, the 1.18.x releases will be keeping this unit line.
