Implement in game exit menu #136

Description

Implement in game exit menu.

This is the menu where we're already in game and want to exit, we can either:

select character
open options and exit
exit

and maybe there was another one that I don't remember.

Tasks

[x] Implement in game exit menu
[x] Ensure that if the player is attacked, they need to wait 10 seconds as per official behavior
