Fixed Option #148

Fixed Option Delete what is not required to open that, all registry disabled and deleted. -Loading all from option.ini. (For early stage it will be good, later we can updated) -Translate from Korean to English (Buttons, and most required things, still some left.) -Loading/Save version from server.ini Version -Adding some information in header files, which settings is for and what is does, and how it is work.

Working well.

I'll merge this to editor-option branch, so I can continue to finish it from there. As this will be quicker and less confusing.
