Add redirect rules #86

Based on the comment here. We should add redirects. Something that will do; 

https://calmcode.io/datasette -> https://calmcode.io/datasette/introduction.html

This turns out to be suprisingly "non-obvious" to configure in netlify. I've added a _redirects file but it doesn't seem to be picked up.
