Make content_text and ticker parameters optional #2

I had some trouble figuring out why notifications were not showing in the status bar. Turns out I wasn't setting a ticker, which caused a JSON exception. I made a modification to make ticker and content text optional. If you accept, I'll be happy to also update the development guide accordingly. Many thanks!
