`Command` palette component #224

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. An headless Command component like cmdk.

Additional context Can use Kobalte's Combobox behavior as the basis.

Currently available alternative: https://github.com/create-signal/cmdk-solid

The new Search component should address this issue. Even Combobox itself could be sufficient for creating cmdk.
