Is it possible to move these docs to a section called Device Lab Management instead of Local devices? Put it under Reporting for now. It's hard to review as these aren't showing up - so perhaps go ahead and publish and I'll review tomorrow. Or I'll figure out how to review through the dev way!

Done reorganizing these docs.

Also - if I want to add a new iOS device - do I have to regenerate cert and profile?

If you did not generate a cert and provisioning profiles before, you have to generate cert and profiles for new devices. If you already have a valid (not expired) cert, but the device is new, you only need to generate new provisioning profiles.
