When you write programs, do you test them? or just to post?

Seems like the dependency has moved.

Any ideas where to get this now?

Hey, sorry, bintray has closed down. I hope that a JMPS enabled version of xpp3 can be found here: https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/xmlpull/xmlpull-xpp3-parent/1.2.0. Maybe you can try that dependency and see if it works? I'll look into it if I find some time.

I've also published the dependency again as https://gitlab.com/om7sense-public/libraries/xmlpull-api-v1/-/packages/1855300
