Add Chamkho + Sort table

• add Chamkho word segmentation in Rust
• convert HTML table to Markdown
• sort tables (A-Z)
• remove classification benchmark results (better refer to https://github.com/pythainlp/classification-benchmarks as it keeps updating there, more frequently than here)
