Locked Novels #43

I receive many "Locked" novels on my pc which I can open on my e-reader and I-Pad. How do I unlock these books?

I have books paid for sitting in my library "locked",,,,do not intend to pay to get them unlocked.....what's going on?

I am having the same problem. Novel is locked and this site is not helpful at all!
