There doesn't seem to be a way to access the vehicle proficiency enrichers. Should be able to do something like [[/vehicle water wis]] or some other way to access them, just like you can do [[/tool construction str]]. The vehicles appear to be present in the CONFIG.BlackFlag.enrichment, just can't be specified in the str processing
