The old v1 API didn't document this directly, but it did link to https://github.com/SEL-Columbia/formhub/wiki/Formhub-Access-Points-(API)#api-parameters. We should bring that over into our own documentation, perhaps in https://support.kobotoolbox.org/api.html.
