on small screen chrome android form not centered horizontally #28

sliders fall off screen, form title not centered, q2 and q4 cut off on right

do something with the header image

removing .main .paper > form rule from _form_header.scss seems to do the trick. @pmusaraj do you foresee any problems with that?

I added back the top and bottom padding. The issue was caused by the max-width rule. If all looks good to you now please close the issue.

Will add some padding back on left and right....
