FF jump to top issue when selection multiselect option

This can be consistently reproduced in FF, by clicking on the checkbox itself (not the label) in a pulldown menu (select_one and select_multiple).

So that will make it possible to fix it (asap).

It's actually not clear to me why we use an anchor tag there. Seems unnecessary.
