One of Paul's Vitals forms to reproduce if this is not the cause. Sent by email on 2/28

The XForm contains 1 repeat (bp_rg). It's on page 2 and it is displayed below the question with label "Additional Notes". This seems to work correctly in the Grid theme in Enketo Core.

[x] test in EE-oc, as it probably has to do with some interaction with discrepancy notes, or a theme customization.

I cannot reproduce. When looking at the XForm, everything seems to work. Maybe the issue is with pyxform.
