Add original invitation date to referees #4

When copying data from KoBo to Airtable, we need to also copy the date (today) into the newly created referee rows.

Original request:

Can the date that invitation was sent (ie. date survey was submitted if invitation is sent immediately after finishing) be automatically pulled from Kobo into the “Fecha envio invitacion” column on Airtable?
