some incentive operators and numbers not showing up in either Airtable #6

It appears that this is happening for all participants with the status "participants pero no reclutador" (see below- there are no incentives or operators for the statuses marked in blue). Please advise as soon as possible if you can fix the code so that these numbers and operators are also pulled automatically from Kobo. This is affecting our ability to pay these participants on time as it requires that I look up this information up in the Kobo data and share it with the implementing partner so they can issue the incentive payments (as opposed to them having immediate access to that information upon submission of the survey).
