Default values don't show up in KoBoCollect #12

I think I found a small problem with the Javarosa library I found that collect wasn't showing default values that you added into the form builder like 5 the user would just see a blank space, like it was empty I ran it past Yaw to see if this was an ODK issue. But testing in ODK Collect works fine. Yaw suggested it was a fix that he put into javarosa that has to do with ignoring white space.

John updated javarosa library with Yaw's whitespace fix. Neil rebuild KoBoCollect from that. Still did not work.

We may have to wait for Javarosa to accept John's itemsets code before we are able to solve this issue. Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

With newest version of KoBo, this is no longer an issue. Fixed.
