Signature not seen while editing a submitted from the KoBoToolbox server

Description

Users are able to collect 2 signatures (one for enumerators and the other for the respondents) and submit them to the KoBoToolbox server. But later on when they wish to edit the submission and try to edit by pressing the DATA>Table>Pen like Edit Icon they see only one signature while the other one is not seen in the form while editing.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Upload the attached xlsform and deploy them which has 2 signature to collect as a survey project. You could use the following xlsform to reproduce the same: Signature Test 2020 11 05.xlsx
2. Upload and deploy the xlsform as a survey project.
3. Fill and send the submission(s) to the KoBoToolbox server.
4. Now, go to the DATA>Table>Edit. You should see only one signature in the form while the other does not appear. It should see something like this:

Expected behavior

Users should be able to view all the signature submitted to the KoBoToolbox server.

Actual behavior

When there are more than one signature, users are not able to view the signature while editing the submissions from the KoBoToolbox server.

Se me esta presentando el mismo error y deja enviar el formulario así el campo sea obligatorio y este vacío. Adicional, cuando no se encuentra la imagen puede pasar que se duplique y revisar la data las imágenes de las firmas sean la misma en los dos campos.

In the survey I add two signature fields. After submitting the survey the second signature disappear

@Kalyan-Lama Can you retest this? I tested it but have been unable to reproduce it, I hope that means it's been fixed
