Use storybook instead of manual design-system we have #3769

Description

We should start using storybook.js and migrate all jsapp/js/designSystem. We also want for it to be deployed somewhere on a github pages page (rather than being part of KPI app).

Should we deploy the beta branch to say storybook.kbtdev.org? Adding multiple branches to multiple sites would get more complicated.
