Cache sounds, maven update. #46

I was poking around with the plugin to make sure any lag caused during nbs playback was latency, not lag from the plugin, and I made a few changes while I was at it. Take it or leave it, up to you. It couldn't resolve maven dependencies without the change I made to pom.xml
