Make russian translation #2

Ok so please make a pull request. (yeah because despite my nick, I'm not Russian even if I'm learning it)

create a dir /res/values-ru.
copy /res/values/strings.xml into it.
translate the file.

yeah it in progress but looks like kg and lb string values are hardcoded

Is there way to communicate with you? I want to add some extra functional(automatic sync with Garmin Connect), it may be intresting for you, or just will be used by my purposes.
