Issue 39: Add new field, referer to handle Garmin CSRF changes #40

The changes seem to work on both a Virtual Device and on my phone, but please test before merging. The first time I tried it on my phone, it failed, but I think that's because I got my password wrong. Definitely seems to be working now.

I'm not sure whether the URL change is necessary - it reflects what's used on the Garmin web site, and it works for me, so I left it as is.

Confirmed these changes work as expected on my emulator as well.
