i can't create leage and get this issue on terminal image

i use python 3.9.13 and win 11 64bit

That's weird. For some reason, football.data does not allow you to download their files! Can you try on another computer?

for some reason the dns provider does not allow you to access this site. I have seen this again in regions, such as China. Maybe VPN should work by using the IP of another country.
