Did you come up with the prompt by yourself, or did you get it from a paper? If so, which paper?

@yachty66 This is my own prompt that i have battle-tested as I was initially developing this into a product over 1-2 years ago on early GPT APIs, was initially going to release a paper but did not have the time. May go back and publish into a paper on arxiv when I get time.
