I mock an env with the timezone of UTC+7 WIB. It shows the correct time 8. pm. Maybe it's related to the system setting for his computer ?

Well, I got it. This issue has been fixed on canary env, that's why I could not reproduce it. https://canary.kodadot.xyz/ahp/drops
