Add Option to change color of background, circles and languages

Would be nice if someone could take this and play around.

Spec

• Probably make PR to https://github.com/githubocto/repo-visualizer/
• Make an option for GitHub actions to set the background colour, circles, language-colors.json by own custom overwrite per language
• Celebrate OpenSourceHelpsOpenSourceToThrive
• updated our https://github.com/kodadot/nft-gallery/blob/main/.github/workflows/diagram.yml accordingly to demonstrate updated diagram.svg :)

Explainer

I've made a proposal https://github.com/githubocto/repo-visualizer/issues/40 but I'm right out of time now and Iwould be more than happy if we can have a background colour matching with dark GitHub theme on a diagram in our Readme.md :)
