Kusama Treasury 🪙 proposal for accelerated development

It would be nice to drive more complex issues, faster. So the idea would be to ask KSM Treasury to drive some higher bounties for development to 🍒 pick a particular one and develop them it way faster &c

In some sense, parachains maintenance has its own costs as being onboarding "infrastructure" to further drive stuff and bootstrap things faster in time as we've effectively demonstrated the system with over $180k paid bounties in our 1500+ pull-requests

I guess as we are doing public good. In best intent of treasury is to sponsor our work as we are trying to bring attention to Polkadot & Kusama network, onboarding frontend developers, learning them about particular NFT stuff and designing components for others to re-use/recycle for their own purpose.

Among other stats

This is not just about writing proposal, but more of a putting together what was done and what actually served the "public good".

Since the amount of PRs doesnt count, it has to be categorized based on components added/edited.

Let’s say we had explorer which is now much better - all the issues which made the explorer better have to be put together in some understandable way, so the kusama voters can click on it and have a look.

Which obviously has to be done by a tech person, i can’t do this.

However, we can have a call setup specifically for this topic, but in the current state of kusama governance, it’s gonna be a bit tricky imo.
