Add border width, shadow and gap between cards to user preference

We would like open preference for users play with borders, shadow and gap between cards.

• at https://www.fxhash.xyz/marketplace right top click the cog to see settings

Cards view

• Probably we can keep current defaults for now and open users to play with it
• Add ability to play with border width, shadow in pixel steps?
• Gap steps could be granular as well.
• Make display info by default off, pic2
• what we could do it would turn hover effect constantly on gallery view, collections and artist profile so you will see names tho, pic2
• Use slider with steps

Is this issue still opened? I visited https://www.fxhash.xyz/marketplace and checked the settings. Border Width, Shadow, Gap between cards work well.

This issue is that these functions must be implemented for user preference. Right? But I don't know where I can find user preference in KodaDot.
