Is your feature request related to a problem?

The big font doesn't look really pretty and as someone who would like to apply for a job, I'm missing some main descriptions or motivational slogans about working for KodaDot.

Then also I don't like the fact that for applying for the job instead of some description about the job there is only learn more, which instead of some information directs me to discord... Where unfortunately it's hard to know if people who are applying there are really interested or just people who write the same message to every discord.

It would be actually great to know who find out about the job from our web.

Describe the solution you would like

Why should I apply here for a job and don't go somewhere else? I think something catchy and positive text about working in our team (our visions) should be the first thing when users open this page.

Instead of learning more, I would have a possibility to click on the job which you are interested in and there to have information in sections like an introduction to the job, responsibilities, what experience we want to have them, what they can learn and then something about the payment.

There would be after the main information possibility to fill out the applicant's main information as name, email, twitter, website, resume, CV, portfolio and how they heard about the position.

I'll wait for what you think and then we might get into more details about how it could be... This is just an idea...
