Showing USD value for KSM/other crypto where it's possible

Right now we are using no-name token $KSM which is far from top10 so ppl doesn't know it's price. As retail facing app we need to showing this for ppl better understand price pegged to $

did the usd price base on current currency or history currency? since the exchange rate changes all the time, if i made a deal of 1 ksm, and the curreny is 1ksm = 30usd. then the next week it goes to 1ksm = 35usd. should the price of the deal be 30usd or 35usd?

edit: got it, there will be a price worker.
