What happened?

[x] Remove DotScanner button
[x] Gift button - If its not yet implemented, it should do nothing when you click it instead of opening a 404 page
[ ] Subscan - Lead to the right Subscan explorer depending on the network you are
[ ] Polkascan - Lead to the right Polkascan explorer depending on the network you are

Login -> Profile

Expected Behavior

Assets should be shown under properly network scanner
