Minting waifu not working?

I tried to mint waifu on KodaDot: https://kodadot.xyz/ahk/waifu.

My test wallet: Cky38ZwAqDtobgWfz9THR1DRyU2nqTDysKW5Lgz51Vk6xE3

and in the last step (after adding email) I got this error message:

I can translate to human language:

"I am database an I expect that every new row should have unique address field"

In other words you can do only one mint per address.

email or wallet?

I tried with my wallet where I have 0 of these NFTs and I got the same notification.

I also tried to use different email addresses - same reslut.
