Transfer: Implement Auto teleport

Implement an option to Autoteleport when someone tries so transfer funds from AssetHub Polkadot and Kusama to an exchange. Or add the option to Autoteleport somehow nicely to design. Idk just something - so people dont loose money when they send it from ah to exchange.

@JustLuuuu I understand your concern but it dose not make any mean by adding auto teleport to the transfer reason : if there will be auto teleport then they will not be able to transfer their asset hub balance

@JustLuuuu simply we can add disclaimer at the last by informing that they should not transfer their balance to exchanges and they will need to accept that to make transfer

The hoovering text, when you click on it, is the same as written. We should maybe add an explanation instead, explaining why they should not send the funds to exchanges. Now it's not very explanatory.
