is it "within expectation" that an nft will be minted with no image and only animation_url?
I will describe the fix in - https://github.com/kodadot/stick/issues/223
If it was minted via KodaDot it should be bug
do we have a way to tell?

that will fix the "bunching up" together and mislabeling, not addressing the why the image is black (placeholder) to begin with

I have some insight on this it happens when minting a file that is not an image
i have just minted this https://kodadot.xyz/ahk/gallery/381-1
image is kodadot placeholder, and my file (sandbox.html
) is in animation_url
it seems that 7 nfts were minted with no image and only animation as they all share the same image (the kodadot placeholder) they all fell under a single collection what that don't share is the animation url

@hassnian please open related issue in nft-gallery, as i don't think we want to show the placeholder for these nfts @vikiival is it "within expectation" that an nft will be minted with no image and only animation_url?
if it is, then yes, token entity should handle these cases better
