Lost funds in autoteleport #9943

Once we eventually fix teleportation, we can think of refunding lost funds if it's not a high amount. Document best user telegram handle and extrinsic for lost funds Once fix this we can then reimburse - https://github.com/kodadot/nft-gallery/issues/9929

Our friend tried it again, and sadly, he lost his funds again. (Added funds to his wallet - this time 1.1DOT on AHP directly. But when minting one piece, he got asked to use auto teleport even though he had 1.1 DOT already on ahp. Autoteleport killed his account)
