Ability to hide collection

Someone minted beeple on basilisk

Quick and dirty hack would be to hide collection and nfts via resolver.

Better solution would be leverage system remark and do some kind of report fn.

Best solution would have some kind of functionality in the pallet :)

There are several people who are upset about this and it doesn’t shine a good light on us once somebody recognizes beeple’s art on our platform. Could we do some steps to hide them asap? Since we are in direct contact with a lot of artists, they are complaining on this and don’t want to mint. cc: @JustLuuuu

I'll try to handle this from the app directly like we did on rmrk (with an user base list)
