Would be nice in the pathway of Polkadot Fellow to help spread the word and bring mid-term education classes about web3 education over to SubWork and drive awareness across Central Europe & Balkan.
What's inside?
I bet a lot of partners would vouch for their mentors to educate their tech, i.e. SubSquid, KodaDot, parachains with SDK (unique, hydra, ..), L2s and mentors from PBA would show up as well is my bet
The point is to craft meaningful relationships among great candidates, help them get funded, raise capital or land the finest job
Filter
As we want to offer coliving and cover costs, end-2-end, it should be someone with a great track record. Particular engineering skill, entrepreneurial drive and so on. Like a hackathon filter, but more likely a hacker house vibe, yet spread vibe across village Bled.
Criteria to look
Github - contributions to meaningful projects
Twitter - has some followership from people we know? It's a good filter for quality people to hang out and feel safe so that we can have more of those vulnerable moments
Rules
Chatham house rule - best no personal pictures of others, especially without consent, no publishing of public notes w/o consent of everyone on notes and so on
Size
Everything depends on what we will manage to get for accommodations, the best would be a target hostel, a capacity up to 30-40 should be enough. Small better know each other in the cohort.
Prize money
Amount of incentive which would motivate people to cover extraordinary results, and I would like to see involved QF between participants.
After a few cohorts I think, few dozens people who will stick around will form hacker house or long-term coliving which would yield interesting network results

venues - classes could happen in SubWork partially and in hotel lovec, it's 200m close, they had really good prices for venue.
should it be limited to Polkadot? I think it depends on sponsorship, if DOT Treasury would fund this, it should be exclusive for Polkadot, if Treasury won't cover all costs, other ecosystem sponsors and other L2 should be invited
