Hitting cancel in FileDialog allows unwanted exit without saving #124

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Edit a file
2. Try to exit
3. Hit "Yes" when asked if you want to save your changes
4. Hit "Cancel" in the FileDialog

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect a return to the program without exit. Instead the program is
exited without saving.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r1b14 on Ubuntu 9.10

Hrm, I've tried to duplicate this on OS X and I can't.  Can you reverify using 
the latest build.
