provide object-tree panel #137

Currently the only way to select a widget/layout is by clicking on it in
the "Screen" panel.  If the widget/layout is covered by another
widget/layout, then selecting it is difficult or actually impossible. 
Please add another panel to the GUI that shows the current object tree, and
let the user select widgets/layouts by clicking on them in the object tree.
